PEAK MUSIC 2012

 

This is a series that will attempt to Sport(ify) music by creating a 5 member All-Pro/All League/All Star team (Sort of like the NBA first team all-stars) for each year in Music starting with 1964. It will rely heavily on Top 20 Hits from the year but also take into account Concert Tours, Music awards, Music Videos (MTV Crowd-You Tube), TV, Films, Pop Culture etc…..

Taylor Swift had 3 top 10 hits including number one "We are never ever going to get back together"

Katy Perry has 2 top 2 hits including number one "Part of Me"

Adele had 2 top ten hits including a number one set fire to the rain

Gotye – a YOUTUBE hit that went to number one on Billboard "Somebody I used to know"

Carly Rae Jepsen – number one hit ear worm "Call me maybe"

 

*Where are  people getting there music in 2024.  Its through Streaming, Tic Tox, You Tube. How do they know what to stream, I am assuming through small social circles that eventually branch out. Me - its the radio which lost its dominance years ago
