Fergie and Fergie Jenkins

Ok, that is not Fergie Jenkins. His card is a little further down the page. When I started to follow baseball, Jenkins was one of the top 5 or 6 pitchers in the game. He was up there with Palmer, Seaver, Marichal, Perry and Carlton. Nolan Ryan would came on a little later. Today’s Fergie is one of the top 5 or 6 most amazing looking women in the world ranking up there with Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Lopez, Rhinna, and Jessica Biel. (Geez, Moneyball’s Brad Pitt was with 2 of these ladies, what a lucky guy.)

I am not sure what stadium Jenkins is in but they had some odd looking green color seats.

Joe Sambito

Joe looks like some early 1980s rocker, maybe Rick Springfield or some actor like Patrick Duffy someone like that. He definitely has a great set of  1980s hair. 

Gregory Gross #371

This photo was definitely taken at San Diego (Jack Murphy Stadium, though I don’t know if that is what it was called in 1981.) as you and see the Padre’s logo on the score board at the right of Greg’s head. At the left of his head is an advertisement for Marlboro cigarettes.  

Glenn Abbott #302

Glenn Abbott in a great posed shot with a great background of  what I think is Comisky Park. This is one of the few Mariner photo’s in the set that come out clear. Back Facts: Became a Free agent after last year.

Bruce Kison

Bruce won the first World Series Night Game in 1971.  He had a side like whip delivery. A skinny dude who could throw. This photo has a nice background of an unknown staduim. Bruce is wearing the warmup jacket here.

ED OTT

I believe, Ed's first and last name had the least amount of letters than any other player in Baseball History with 5 letters. He was the starting catcher on the 1979 World Series Champs Pittsburgh Pirates. This photo appears to be taken in the dugout as you can see something taped to the wall, possibly a lineup card>

Picture of the future manager and Money Ball Character Star. This is a blurry photo with a dark shadow. What is cool is seeing the big R (for Riddel) on his batting glove.
