It is kind of blurry in the back ground but the players seated in the dugout are Chicago Cubs. This photo probably was taken at old Fulton County Stadium. Though this also could have been from a spring training game. I never realized it but Ramirez was very young at this time. He was born in 1959 and took over the Braves starting shortstop position in 1980 after coming up in 1979. 
I don't think it was spring training since the Cubs were in Arizona then. I don't remember the Braves wearing their road powder blues at home. I think it would definitely have to have been taken at Wrigley.
